As a working mom, balancing multiple responsibilities is a daily challenge. I work full-time and bake nights and weekends to augment my income. I often worry that I’m not spending enough time with Toni. I am thankful for equal parenthood, loving moms, household help and the privilege to live on campus.
This page is dedicated to working parents who, like us, are doing their best to spend quality time with their kids despite busy schedules and budget constraints. I share with you kid-friendly recipes, Toni's favorites, and projects that work for us as a family.

Toni's Corn Dogs

I served corn dogs (with malunggay) on Toni’s 3rd birthday this November. She wanted green food but I didn’t want to use food coloring. So, I turned to oh-so-nutritious Malunggay. The kids loved it! So did their Titos and Titas :)

Homemade Finger Paint

I made this for Toni a couple of months after she turned 1. It gave us such happy memories. I’m not so sure she will remember it though. Thank God for digicams! :)
